A cold cloudy start to the day with a temperature of 2°C at Lister Park on our arrival.
We first went to the pond area where there were good numbers of the usual birds. then
a trip up to the wooded garden area where we saw a good variety of birds including
Siskin,Song Thrush,Goldfinch,Wren and LT Tits.We were also pleased to see a pair
of Great Spotted Woodpeckers and as the sun broke through brightening up the morning
there were plenty Grey Squirrels about.

Siskin is a great record, I never had one in all the years I patrolled the place.
