Sunday 2nd June a.m.
Another cloudy morning but warm with a temperature of 18°C as I made my way to the Lake at Lister Park. Here I counted 35
Greylags and there were c50
Canadas, 25
LBB Gulls plus 15
Tufteds.
A
Mistle Thrush was singing is melancholy tune high in the top of a tree with a
Chaffinch belting out a more abrupt song nearby. There was a pair of
Coots with three chicks and others seen were
Greenfinch, Song Thrush, Robin and
Wren.
