A cold and icy Redcar Tarn with the water 80% frozen over and a temperature of 1°C, the c200 BH Gulls,20 Commons,6 Herring and 6 LBB Gulls didn't seem too bothered.Also on the ice and in the surrounding fields were c50 Lapwings, and a dozen each of Jackdaws and Rooks.There were the usual Canadas,Mallards,Coots,Tufted plus a couple of Greylags.
