Saturday 3rd May a.m.
Another dry morning but feeling cooler at just 8°C with some sunny spells, walking past the dam wall Swallows & House Martins were flying overhead. As I took the path at the side of the Reservoir a Grey Heron was looking over the water, a Redshank was in the waters edge benefiting from the low level of water. In the trees there were Willow Warbler, Greenfinch, Chaffinch, Chiffchaff & Song Thrush plus three LBB Gulls on the water.
