Redcar Tarn

Sunday 16th November a.m.
Well Saturdays thick fog all day meant no birding but today after early fog it brightened up enough for a visit to Redcar Tarn where the temperature was 7.5°C. Plenty birds as usual to see here with a good number of Common Gulls, nice to see a couple of Blackbirds & a Robin, just one Goosander which was on the island.A flock of Canadas flew in while we were walking round & the Lapwing flock was quite mobile moving between fields with a couple posing for pictures on the edge of the Tarn.
