Sunday 11th March a.m.
When we arrived at Park Dam which is not far from Harold Park it was warming up nicely with
bright Sunshine and a temperature of 10°C. After finding an entrance to the site we had just a short
walk to reach the lake. We noted the houses that overlooked it had a good view, there were several
Crows and
Magpies in the fields. On the water there were c75
BH Gulls,6
Common Gull along with
Canadas,Coots,Moorhen and
Mallards. At the far side near the houses were 2
Mute Swans with
another bird, after staring a while we realised it was a
Black Swan. We took a few snaps as we
watched this lovely Swan, after a while all three Swans made their way over to where we were stood,
giving us a great view and the chance to take some snaps in the sunlight and in Bradford!
