On the way home from Yeadon we called in at Lister Park where it was still
cloudy with the odd light shower. The Canada numbers looked to have gone
up to c100,Mallards,Coots, Moorhen and BH Gull all still present in good
numbers. Tufted Ducks c40 and around 40 Feral Pigeons perched in a tree.
There was a different Goose present which we did not recognize so we took
a few snaps to see if we could ID it later. Looking through our guide book from
when we went to Martin Mere we found it, a Bar-headed Goose no doubt an
escapee from a bird collection. There were also 2 male and 2 female Goosanders.
