Redcar Tarn

 Monday 14th October a.m.

A sunny morning but cold with a temperature of 4°C, plenty birds here as usual with c100 Canadas and a mix of c100 Gulls.  With the Canadas grazing in a nearby field were a pair of Wigeon with another male on the water as well as a male Pintail.  A skien of c100 Pinkies flew over South of the Tarn, others included Grey Heron, Tufted, Moorhen, Starlings, Goldfinch & Pied Wagtail.
