Lister Park

Sunday 14th June a.m.
A cloudy morning with patchy fog which was fortunately not covering Lister Park where the temperature was 13°C. There was a good number of c200 Canadas & c50 Greylags on the Lake with the usual Mallards, Coots, Moorhen & Tufteds. There were a few Coots nests and some well grown chicks, a Moorhen also had a well grown chicks, the Coots regularly seeing off Tufteds if they came too close to the chicks. Others seen were LBB Gull, Dunnock & Robin.
