Sunday 15th January a.m.
A sunny morning up at the Tarn with plenty of birds to see mainly made up of BH Gulls, Canadas, Tufteds, Mallards and Coots. In the field at the back of the Tarn there were fifteen Common Gulls with the BH Gulls and also another Gull which I initially though was a Lesser Black-backed Gull. This had yellow legs but it's back was paler than usual and it had a clear white head so I think it was a Yellow-legged Gull. Others seen were Pied Wagtail, Jackdaw, Rook and c75 Greylags arrived.
