Saturday 21st January a.m.
A cold frosty morning with a temperature of -2°C, as the sun came up I decided to go to St Ives a couple of miles down the road. As I got nearer in the car fog had begun to roll in but I carried on but viewing was somewhat different to what I had hoped for. Anyway as I arrived at the Coppice Pond there were Mallards, BH Gulls, Coots, Moorhen and a Grey Heron on the water and frozen areas. I went to the hide which produced G.S.W., Robin, Nuthatch, Blue Tit, Coal Tit, Blackbird, LT Tit, Gt Tit and Dunnock.
