A quick visit to Lister Park this morning where the temperature was 3.5°C & cloudy with still a small amount of snow on the ground.There were good numbers of Canadas,Mallards,BH Gulls,Feral Pigeon & Tufted Duck.Good to see the three Mute Swans still here, others seen were Robin & LT Tit & the usual Grey Squirrels.

Thought you might be interested to know that the two second year mute swans yellow Darvic 201 male and 202 female were ringed there on 19/01/15 by the Sorby Breck ringing group.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the information Judy, not a usual spot for Mute Swans at Lister Park over the last few years so we were pleased when we saw them a couple of weeks ago.
