Saturday 12th October a.m.
I set off this morning with cloud overhead and a temperature of 9°C expecting it to brighten up but I was soon getting wet with heavy showers. I was two thirds round the reservoir before the sun started to appear and with it some birds the first being four
Jays flying over.On the reservoir there were two
Cormorants, Canadas, Tufteds, Coot and
Moorhen.Walking along the track towards the farm two
Grey Wagtails flew low overhead,
Starlings were on the wires as was a mixed flock of
Goldfinch and
Linnets, further along as I headed home there were two
Mistle Thrush.
