Monday 27th October a.m.
Another visit to the Tarn where it was cloudy with some sunny spells and a temperature of 9°C and loads of birds. There were c50 Lapwings in the field across the road, c30 Canadas were around the water. The Pintail was asleep among the Nettles, there were three Shovelers and five Goosanders. Others were Grey Heron, Cormorant, Tufted, Pied Wagtail, Moorhen, Starling, Rook, Jackdaw and the usual Gulls.
