Wednesday 22nd October a.m.
A lovely sunny morning with a temperature of 8°C so I had a drive out to Rodley Nature Reserve. Here the highlight was seeing two Green Sandpipers closely followed by a Water Rail. There were plenty other birds to see with five Little Egrets, Shovelers, Little Grebes, Gadwall, Teal, Snipe, Lapwing, Cormorant & Grey Heron being some of them.
