A bright sunny start as we headed off to Yeadon Tarn, although passing through Bingley there was mist which we soon passed through & looking round from higher ground we could see mist below in the valley bottoms. It was clear & sunny at Yeadon Tarn with a temperature of 10°C, walking round the Tarn there was a good selection of common species. We saw a Jay flying in the distance which is a first for us at this location,on the water were Gt Crested Grebe,Tufted Duck,Mute Swans & other common species.

Thanks John, the Starling is a colourful bird when you see it in the right light, not often of course with our weather.
