Saturday 29th June a.m.
The morning started foggy at home but as I drove out of the village and got to higher ground the sun was out with a temperature of 15°C at Leeshaw. Here I started off with a
Little Owl on a Telegraph pole at the side of the track.A couple of
Grey Wagtails were nearby and there were four
Oystercatchers plus c50
Lapwings in the fields.
Canadas and
Greylags were at the other side of the reservoir and a
Grey Heron was hunting at the edge of the water.
