Sunday 30th June a.m.
A cloudy morning with a temperature of 16°C as I made my way around Yeadon Tarn.Fairly quiet on the water but enough about to keep me interested with twelve
Mute Swans on the water plus 32
Canadas and a
GC Grebe.Good to find a female
Mandarin Duck amongst the c75
Mallards, a couple of
Skylarks were near the airport as were
Goldfinch and a couple of
Reed Buntings.Overhead were
Swifts, Swallows and
House Martins and on the grass there was a
Pied Wagtail with a juvenile and a female
Blackbird was collecting Worms.
