Sunday 8th September a.m.
A bright sunny morning up at Redcar Tarn with a temperature of 8°C and plenty birds to see.These were mainly made up of
Canadas, Mallards, Coots, BH Gulls and
LBB Gulls. Others included ten
Pied Wagtails, c50
House Martins, Swallows, Tufteds, Goldfinch, Chaffinch, a single
Common Gull,
Grey Heron, Lapwings, Jackdaws and
Rooks.The highlight for me though was the return of four
Goosanders which are always good to see at the Tarn.
