Our visit to Redcar Tarn started with heavy rain & a temperature of 4°C, so we remained in the car for a while until the rain passed by.This is an advantage for this location as you have a good view of the Tarn from the car park, where we could see the high numbers of birds.The usual species were here along with a Goosander,Robin & a few Chaffinch.
