Cullingworth Walk

Sunday 10th May a.m.
A cloudy start to the day with a temperature of 6°C as we set off for a walk around the local countryside seeing a good number of birds as we went along. Some of the highlights were Blackcap,Whitethroat,Chiffchaff,Willow Warbler,Swallow,Linnet amongst other common species.
At one point we saw Sand Martins feeding over the fields, we thought these may have come from nearby Harden Moor and at a local pond it was good to see some Canadas with two young Goslings.
