A fine start to the day with a temperature of 5°C as I headed down to Goit Stock Wood following Hallas Beck downstream to the waterfall. A pair of Dippers were at the edge of the beck and a Grey Heron was getting its feet wet.Others seen were Chiffchaff, Blackcap, Goldcrest, Jay and Swallow.
